copyright

So I am officially annoyed with the copyright laws and what not. I understand why they were there and if I had something that needed to be protected sure Id like it, but I don't so it makes life a little harder when trying not to take something on accident. However, I do love the fact that teachers can basically bypass the laws if its for educational purposes, which makes my life 100 times easier when it comes to teaching. So at least now I know when I'm breaking the law or not, which is nice i suppose. :)

I think that all of the resources presented in that lecture are all really awesome and I wish I had know about them during my GE classes because I would have used most of them for papers and research and what not. My favorite one of all the ones presented would be Zotero. Simply because it would help me write all those worksited pages that I hated doing. I think that I would use these and many more in my classroom because the get the job done and dont waste vaulable class time and my students would benifit form the resources as well.

Reflection #1

So I have officially created my first blog, definitely thought Id never see the day, but it seems kind of cool. The first day of class went pretty well and I really liked that there were computers there for us to use and get started on our projects.

Blogspot seems fairly simply to use and a surprising amount of people actually have one, who would have thought. I have learned how to maneuver through the site for the most part pretty well and everything seems simply enough to handle.
